Our diverse machining capabilities include lathes up to 13’, vertical and horizontal milling machines, grinding machines, and cutting-edge Metal Spray Welding equipment for precision restoration.Additionally, our expertise extends to babbitt bearings, the rebuilding of gear reducers, pumps, and compressors, bolstered by portable field boring equipment for on-site solutions. Vibration analysts equipped with the latest portable vibration analyzers and recorders determine problems such as imbalance, bent, shafts, worn or defective bearings, looseness, misalignment, or coupling wear without interruption of service. Rotating components are easily balanced in place or predictive maintenance programs can be initiated.
